    I am a disabled vet and on fixed income. I do everything to stretch a dollar (including a home warranty)

    On ******** ** 2023, my home warranty company dispatched Arctic Air of Augusta to fix a problem with my HVAC system.

    The system worked fine for 24 hours until it started blowing hot air inside on the cool setting.

    They did fix a wiring issue with the outside unit...however there still seems to be an electrical problem.

    I have tried to contact the provider to no avail.

    My warranty company could not contact them either.

    This problem needs to be rectified.

    Temperatures have been to the freezing point and absolutely unbearable.

    We came out and repaired a thermostat wiring issue we found.  We informed the home warranty company about and electrical issue that they needed to have someone else come out and look at it we are not electricians. We informed the homeowner that the home warranty company would have to send another company out. We spoke to the home warranty company and had they reassign the work order. He doesn’t make since he’s saying it’s freezing and unbearable but the ac part is blowing out hot air. We have never had issues before this. We work with the home warranty company on a daily basis and always make sure our work is done correctly.
