    I was impressed with Jordan. He seemed very trustworthy. He suggested we use a public adjuster to try and fight ***** ****. We agreed. They strung us along for over a year. I finally followed up with insurance and the adjuster never even filed anything. I told Jordan and nothing was fine.
    Hurricane came through and we had a leak. They charged us $1000 to cover one area but didn't even take any photos before they tarped it. Since the hurricane, I've tried numerous times to get them back out to remove the tarp and take photos. Jordan would eventually respond but has since ghosted us. I'm very disappointed because I really felt he was trustworthy. And because we have been waiting on Ridge Roofing, we can't get anyone because all the local roofers are booked up for over a month. And... No follow up with the public adjuster to hold them accountable either. If they had done their job the roof would have been replaced and we wouldn't have had storm leaks.
