On June 9th, 2023 I hired MG Remodeling company to remove old ceiling texture, repair a crack where the old tape was in the corners and paint the ceiling as well as all walls inside of my home. Well it's been 5 months and I look up in the ceiling and where MG Remodeling company supposedly repaired is starting to open back up and there is a long crack again in the ceiling. I notified the then employer of the company ************************************** of this issue. But he told me that he was no longer working for *********************** who is the owner of MG Remodeling. So I contacted ************ in which he and I agreed that he would come out Thursday morning 11-30-2023 and take a look at it, then. When he didn't show up I called first and got no answer so I texted him and he said that he couldn't come because he was out of town and would come out next week. Well I was clearly upset because I spent most of the morning waiting for him so I express my disappointment by saying "at the very least you could have told me this". So the he tried to refer me to his former employer, at that moment I felt as though he was giving me to runaround. The he texts me saying he had nothing to do with what is happening to my ceiling and that his employers had nothing to do with what is happening with my ceiling. I then told ************ that I would have to contact my Home Owner's attorney because my ********************* is the one that paid for the repairs. He then in turn told me to do what I want and that he to has lawyers.I don't understand when a supposedly professional company does work they will not stand behind their workmanship. At this point I feel like I am being taken for granted.
