***** and Jace came by today. Right on time, communicated the issues and price very clearly. The duo treated my kids with patience while I'm sure they were watching over their shoulder the whole time. Then went above and beyond and took and old fixture away for nothing other than a thank you. 10/10

When we moved into our home just over 2 years ago, we called Dyess to do our maintenance because their sticker was on the units. (They sold the units to the previous owners.) Because we found a deal from a different company, we switched for a bit. Then Dyess CALLED me reminding me that I had another visit that I had already paid for. I asked if we could wait until the contract was up with the company we had paid for for that year. Most companies would say, "No," because it must be used within a certain time, but they were willing to wait. Not only was Dyess willing to postpone our service, they called me to remind me to use it.
At the scheduled time, a young man from the company cheerfully came and checked everything, cleaning what needed to be cleaned and replacing filters. I forgot to show him one of the 3 units, and he forgot to check it. It is located far away from the others inside. When my husband realized this, I called Dyess and the young man (Taequan) came back the same afternoon and finished the job, smiling like before. There was no charge because we had already paid more than a year before.

Dyess seems to lead the team for my household . They provide a/c a heat units failrly priced. Also maintenance for a/c heat, plumbing and electrical services. They are my go to **************** when called they are timely.Dyess Heating & Air
