    Hello,I write to express my disappointment in the seating arrangements at the 3/17/2023 New Edition concert held in the Hampton Coliseum. The line of view allowed me minimal visuals of the stage. My main issue is the cost of the tickets in comparison to those who were actually able to view the show. My hope is that something may be done to create a better experience for those who pay over a thousand dollars to attend an event. This was truly unfair and inconsiderate. I will no longer be attending any events at this location and I will advise my family/friends/ and my podcast listeners of my experience there as well. Please do better for your customers and the artist. This was also unfair to the artist because as a fan it could have placed me in a position to unwarrantedly place blame on them. I was staring at a wall for much of the concert and to make things worse the hired photographers would often block our view even more. Then there were unticketed people coming up that created even more of an obstructed view. Please, again, do better and show consideration for those who spend hard earned money and take off work for an experience. I hope this message reaches you well and thank you for taking the time to read this. ********
