    I am urgently requesting immediate resolution for an ongoing sewage issue that has persisted for over six months, creating hazardous living conditions for my elderly mother and me.Our plumbing backed up, causing raw sewage to overflow inside our home. We were without plumbing for days and paid over $400 for a plumber, who found tree root damage in the underground pipes and a blockage at the Y-connection shared with our neighbor. We were told by Clover Ranch it was their responsibility to correct and professionals would fix it and remove a tree, but instead, a temporary fix diverted the sewage beneath my trailer, leading to unbearable fumes, severe illness, and infestation by sewage flies and rodents.Months later, a crew allegedly repaired the Y-connection, but the problem persists. Instead of proper cleanup, lime was sprinkled over the sewage. The contamination remains, and the stench is overwhelming. No one, especially a senior citizen, should live in such conditions.This is a severe health crisis. I need an immediate and permanent fix, including full plumbing repairs and proper sewage mitigation. Photos are attached. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate to the health department, code enforcement, and legal authorities.Please help me
