My 3 sons (twins 9 and the oldest 11) have stated time and time again how Coach ****** pushes them like no other coach they've had in any sport and ************! Coach ****** demands hard work and mental toughness from each and every one of his players, whether you're there just participating in the training sessions on Tues and Thurs or actually competing on his teams. In return you'll see your kid develop in all phases of the game like you've never seen before. That dedication and sacrifice is never more apparent than when facing competition and the parents from the opposing side ask, "who trains your kids?" Needless to say if your kid is serious about basketball and willing to put in the hard work and I do mean hard. F.O.B. is where and what your looking for.Fundamentals Of Basketball, Inc.

Coach ****** and his team at FOB are by far in a league of their own. They care about each student athlete they encounter. Coach ****** is a passionate leader who has earned the praise of my 12 yr old. We recommend FOB to anyone we encounter looking for a basketball family.Fundamentals Of Basketball, Inc.
