    Camella R.I completed a brow training class and the ****** plan was perfect. The training sessions are very detailed and she provides an environment that is comfortable and conducive to learning. She was able to answer all my concerns and willing to share helpful insights into the beauty industry. I'm looking forward to my next class and a possible service being done.

    My mom was given a service by a supposed apprentice, she was told by the apprentice she had been doing this for a while and she was the manager doing her ombr shadowing for her brows. My mom left with her eyebrow half way missing/ her natural brow shaved off and not evenly shaved. She also had missing patches of brow tattoo that were almost completely bald. Her brows did not look like the service she was promised and she did not feel comfortable reaching out to the owner for a resolution as she was told another session would be an extra fee. I left a review on her behalf and was blocked on a social platform, I also left a review on ****** and had provided information about her dissatisfaction and was told I was harassing her business and would be contacted by her lawyers LOL. I am only leaving this review because my mom was not given any resolution for her brows and hope that this reaches the right person to look into this supposed apprentice and hope that this does not happen to anyone else. They were super unprofessional and asked for us to call them for a resolution. When they called my mom they only talked about how I left the review (which I did on my own for my moms sake because she was too afraid to speak up) & how she was in the wrong for not giving it time although the brow was MISSING to begin with. Im unsure if this will find a resolution but hopefully it saves someone the time and money from bad brows.

    She was also told that because she paid less for being a model to an apprentice that her feelings were not valid as if her payment was not even worthy of her bad review. They let her walk out with no ********* just more concerned with how theyve conducted themself as a business and felt threatened by a bad review.

    This is a great place for services and training.I attended a 3 Day Training retreat with *******. It was all day intense training for powder brows, lip blush and scar camouflage. The training sessions are very detailed and she provides an environment that is comfortable and conducive to learning. I was anxious and excited to learn everything about this industry. Anyone wanting to learn how to do permanent makeup should consider this institution first. You will not be disappointed. I look forward to more training from The Perfect Arch.
