    March 24, 2025 ***** to purchase a motorhome from Lake Hartwell RV in Lake Hartwell Ga. Was offered free shipping up to 1000 miles, and a dollar mile after that. So the cost for me was $400 as I live in ********. The **** was supposed to have a money back guarantee and the option to return it free of charge if we didn't like it. We waited 7 days for it to show up when the "delivery driver" called me and said that the transmission in the vehicle that was bringing my RV went out and the truck needed a whole new transmission. Said he was stuck in central ***** for a week. I was patient and waited the week. The driver called me at the end of that week and said the truck got a new transmission but it needed more time and work. I told them that a real company that shipped RVs around the country should have a backup, or get a rental. Later that day they texted me and said that they had arranged for a rental but couldn't get it until the following Monday. Monday the driver texted me and said that he was on the road and should be here at about 11:15 pm. My wife and I waited up all night and he never showed up. Later ******, the sales guy texted me and said that the driver was in a serious accident, injured severely and my RV was completely destroyed. So he (******) made like he was ready to refund my money but said he wanted to offer me a replacement RV if I still wanted to buy. The replacement was an RV that was newer and more expensive. I asked why he would do that? He said they wanted to try and make up for all the delays. Said the replacement would be on the road the next day. Haven't seen it yet. ****** said that the people he hired to ship it took it and "disappeared". I said fine, just send my money back. After many many attempts to get my money back and being told every day that the money was wired back to me. ******* says it's not. He has stolen $25,800.00 from us and has committed fraud. I demand my money be returned, and I want this business held accountable.
