To whom it may concern at the BBB,

I've attached a copy of the credit card payment request that was sent to *** *******, which

he used to make the deposit to get the transmission he ordered for his vehicle. The request

included a description of the part he was ordering as well as detailed warranty information,

which I highlited in orange. The warranty states that the transmission he was ordering is

guaranteed 120 days from the date of his invoice, it also stated that it does not cover any

labor charges. Our standard warranty terms of sale is printed at the top right hand corner of

every invoice, and states " NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LABOR CHARGES ". The warranty was

printed a 2nd time on *** ******* invoice in the notes, again stating "Transmission is guaranteed

120 Days from the date on this invoice. Warranty covers Transmission only.... it does not cover

    any Labor Charges."

WE, McCarty Auto Parts, do stand behind our warranty and we did replace the transmission

*** ******* said was no good.

Thank you for your help in resolving this matter.
