      I have been trying to reach Alpine Crest for over a year. I have emailed them at least 10 times with absolutely no reply whatsoever. My situation...I have bern an owner here for over 30 years and have always been current on my maintenance fees. My wife has passed away and Ibam on disability. I can no longer afford the maintenance fees. Every emial I have sent Alpine Crest has explained this. I was to send the email to the email address and the board would look over my case. After emailing them at least 10 times over the past year, I never got a reply. All I was asking for was what I needed to do to redeed the unit back to them. I couldn't pay last years maintenance fees and after my emails, the turned it over to creditors. Now, I can't pay this years maintenance fees and I am sure they, Alpine Crest, has turned this years maintenance fees over to a collector.They have ruined my credit and they could care less about my situation. They know I can't afford the maintenance fees and yet they have no intention on helping **** do not know where else to turn.       We have been owners for many years with Alpine Crest and our concerns have become more broad over time. The conditions of the timeshare are poor and not very well maintained. We are no longer interested in having to deal with the hassle it takes to book a stay with Alpine Crest. My wife and I are on a limited income and dont have the ability to travel as much as we used to. We have paid for the ownership in full, but no longer have the resources to continue with the maintenance fees. We reached out to Alpine Crest about our request but failed to receive any helpful response. We spoke with ***************************, the General Manager, and informed her of the letter we mailed and she said we shouldve already gotten a letter back from them. She didnt let us know what the letter said, and to date we havent gotten it. We need this situation resolved as soon as possible, and it seems like theyre just delaying it on their end for no reason.
