    I paid Big Wayne C****** construction $2000 dollars to repair a fence damage from the hurricane. The completed project was to take a couple of days according to Wayne C******. It is March 27 and he has barely started the repairs. I’ve only seen him 3 times for 2-3 hrs a day because he always manages to come on rainy days. He is constantly a no call no show or he just doesn’t answer his phone.When I ask for a refund he wanted me to pay for lumbar he purchased. I don’t feel I’m responsible for his shortcomings. It was his responsibility to complete the job in a timely manner as agreed. I would like a full refund which includes $500 dollars he received from me on Saturday and today is Friday. I never seen him since Saturday. I text him since he wasn’t answering his phone and asked what happened to him that day he stated he was on his way and Did not show up. This occurs over and over which is why I’m requesting a full refund

    The agreed upon price $2k but would like to be refunded that amount and the cost for the materials that were wasted, the cost to repair damages at my house, and the cost to remove and have someone else do the job correctly.
    The bricks he laid have a noticeable dip in the first row, and the second row is uneven, resembling piano keys. I brought this to his attention, and he mentioned that we would need to wait until it dries to assess and address the imperfections. However, I have yet to receive any follow-up from him to complete the job. Also, I have a concern that there is water damage to the ramp and its causing the mortar to come out.
    Furthermore, a professional would typically bring their “own” materials to a job site, but in this case, materials from my home were used instead. I noticed that some of my items were repurposed for the brickwork, which caused damage. The parking blocks, which are used for parking our vehicles, were also used to support the wheelchair ramp, resulting in cracks. He mentioned he would repair them with concrete glue, but never returned to do so. Additionally, concrete was left on our brand-new storm door, despite my request to have it covered to prevent damage. Later, my husband discovered that the weather strip for the storm door had been removed and discarded in the landing pit along with other trash. He promised to replace it, but it has not been replaced yet.
    Additionally, I had to spend a significant amount of time cleaning up after your workers, which only added to my frustration. Mr. C****** and his crew exhibited unprofessional and offensive behavior. It was particularly upsetting to hear his workers loudly singing inappropriate phrases like '***** *** **** **' on my property without any correction or reprimand."
    The work that was promised has not been completed to a satisfactory standard. I would like a refund.
