    I contacted to about company on 4/12/24 to have my septic tank pumped said company came out to the house to asses problem I was told by the company that my septic didn't need pumped that it was just clogged and it was fixed I still continued having issues so I called company to come out again once company was here the guy admitted he hadn't taken care of a task because he forgot about it came out and said everything was fixed again then I continued having issues called same company again now 3 times company comes out with a county health inspector both workers left my house saying they had to do some research on the property and someone world be in touch I never heard back from anyone I called company several times several days in a row to have every call ignored. I had to intern contact a new company to come out and when they arrived I was informed my system in fact did need to be pumped so now I've gone 2 months with sewer water leaking out of my septic into my yard because I tried to have the original company fix what they were paid to fix. This company was very dishonest and I will do anything I can to insure the company in question does not have another opportunity to scam anyone else.

    I did go out to the customers address and tape problems and once I got there, I realize it was clogged up inside the tank. I unclogged the tank. Everything was working fine when I left. It wasn’t until a month later when she called me back saying she was having problems I went back out there, free of charge and unclogged the filter on the outlet side of the septic tank, which was clogged up. She calls me back in a couple weeks. She still having problems and bring the county inspector out there she tell us that she washes three loads of laundry a day. The inspector then told her she needed to take the wash machine off of her septic tank in order to make her drain last unless she wanted to replace it and put a bigger one on there we both got back with her. She was very rude to us I charged her 175 service fee two months before and went back out there two separate times to look at her tank for free of charge. I will not pay her back $175 is a ticket. No one was scammed. She just wanted to get She does not want to remove her wash machine from her septic tank. I got back in touch with her several times after we talked and Nobody was I did the job I was there to do. She was notified the day. The inspector was out there. What needed to be done to fix her problem she does not want to do it. That’s not my problem. I didn’t have to go back out there the second time or the third time for free To look at her tank, I could charge Another service, but I didn’t service fees are paid regardless she signed my ticket and agreed the work was done. Everything was working when I left.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This is not about the money anymore this is my effort to do my part in insuring future customers know what to potentially expect from this "business owner". He is quick to assume he knows the problem before he takes the time to listen to his customers. I was told and fully understood my options in finding a resolution to my problem he was called for but was never given the option to have any work done as a business owner is it not your job to resolve the problem not just tell someone what's wrong actually fix it?? I've learned my lesson with Mr. Crosby I just would like to shine the light on him for future customers no one should have to go through this.

    Me and ****** ******, the county inspector told you what needed to Be done to fix Your problem we told you that your machine unhooked from your septic tank and have a separate line run out into the field if you would like that work done or you say so. You never told me you wanted work done. I come inside and check your toilets for you that day while I was there, make sure you didn’t have leaking toilets. So how was that not doing my part? If you didn’t wash four loads of laundry a day, you wouldn’t have this problem. Begin with you can’t put your problems off of somebody else that you created. I haven’t had nobody else that I know of and no other day complaints about me whatsoever from anyone except you that says a lot
