    The cabin was INCREDIBLE! Big enough for a family of 4 who's kids are 14 and 9 yet still has the small home charm. The views are amazing! We came for Spring Break from ************ **. The beach gets old, believe it or not...We will most likely book again for next year when we get the dates for spring break!

    The cabin was very clean, comfortable, beautiful (decor and cabin), and spacious. The environment was very warm and family friendly. The grounds were very well kept, The cabin sets within the natural beauty of the Appalachian mountains. (We are repeat guests of the cabins managed by Little Bear Rentals, and every cabin is clean, well maintain, and beautiful! We will rent from no one else!)

    8/16/24 to 8/19/24 Stayed 3 nights at ***************** cabin to go to **. Mountain Fair Concerts.What a great cabin, very clean & well stocked kitchen with stainless appliances.Had most anything you need for cooking a great meal.Beds were comfortable & bathrooms were awesome.Close to Hiawassee & paved roads all the way to short gravel driveway.Quiet & secluded but not far to main road.Nicely decorated & well furnished, loved the loft.Great deck with a beautiful view of ************************Gas grill cooked great.No problems checking in or out.Pictures don't do it justice.Very comfortable for out 2 couples with another room for more.Would love to rent again in cooler weather so we could use the fireplace & fire pit.Highly recommend this cabin.5 stars ****

    Rented a property through Little Bear Rentals, paid in full for 61 days ************ Received a Reservation Confirmation, received a thank you email from the owner of LBR, made travel arrangements for our grandkids to join us for a week. All was good. Then wham LBR canceled the booking. LBR blamed VRBO for the cancellation. Contacted VRBO and they denied they initiated the cancellation and provided documentation clearly showing LBR initiated the cancellation. LBR has repeatedly responded to my reviews indicating I was disrespectful to their staff, used inappropriate language, and refused to work with them. These are outright lies. LBR is not to be trusted. Buyer Beware !!

    What an amazing trip. The home had everything we needed, plus plenty of extra amenities. A great location, beautiful home, and lots of fun to be had. The little bear team was quick to respond and help when we lock ourselves out of the home. Couldnt ask for better customer service and communication. Thank you!

    Gnome Sweet Gnome was a pleasant home. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very well equipped. Plenty of space for the family. Views are fantastic and closeness of town. Loved ********

    We stayed at Sweet Hibernation October 26 through November 3. The cabin was great. Views were fantastic, cabin was immaculate, and the proximity to town was great as well! We truly enjoyed our stay. It was an amazing place. High enough in the mountains to have a good view and isolated feeling even though there were neighbors close by, (they couldn't be seen). Truly loved it!
