    I ordered six tires from Ruby in Star on September **************************************************************** by September 26. I then got an email saying that they only had four tires and the other two tires would have to be shipped some other time. I requested the refund for the other two tires so that I could purchase else where. My truck tires are in bad shape and needs tires immediately. I informed them that I had to have the tires no later than October 1. I then ordered the other two tires from another company and they were delivered today. Still have not received the 4 tires that I ordered on the 18th from Ruby in Star. These people have no contact number for customer service only email. I want the tires delivered immediately or refunded so I can purchase else where. ***** delivered the two tires from ************** today and put down mistakenly that one of them was from Ruby In Star. Called ***** got it straightened out but spent 1.5 hours to get it resolved. These people have caused me so much anguish and grief in the last two weeks. Not to mention the 1700 dollars thats been removed from my account. Finally did get refund for the two tires they didnt have. They have no idea how to run a business. GO RUBY IN STAR ??
