    If this shop is now called ****************** then this review stands. Its the same address and its indeed an embroidery shop. This shop is the recommend shop to use for my daughters school. I dropped my daughters uniforms off on July 2, 2024. They gave me a pickup date of July 18, 2024. Today, on July 17, ****************************************************************************************************** wrong. They insisted on an extra payment of $24. I told them that Im sorry they did that but they gave me a total & I paid them without hesitation. They insisted on an extra payment so I went up there for a greater understanding. They returned three of my daughters school shirts and gave me a $3.25 refund for the services not provided for those shirts. Knowing that the school only recommends this local shop I took the shirts and the refund without a clear understanding and Im stuck with them to finish the rest of the shirts. I fully understand that mistakes happen, but punishing a customer for the mistake of the shop is bad business altogether. I will never use this shop again!
