    I have been calling the ********** location for over a week. I do not have a car and I'm disabled, so it is not easy for me to just drive up there and make appointments or request for medication refills. I have tried calling the nurses line, the pharmacy, and the appointment line since August 3rd. I have not got an answer, there is no way to leave a voicemail. The pharmacy is not answering. I called the ludowici GA office. They said they would leave a note for ******************* and I haven't heard anything from that either. I have also left messages with the executive assistant. Yet, I have not got a call back in about a week from her either. All I want to do is take care of my mental health and physical health, but it is very hard when you guys refuse to answer the phone or call back. I really need to fill my behavioral health medications. I'm also debating filing a complaint with the ethics review committee. I have been complaining about this issue for close to a year now and it has not changed. I am very limited to where I can go in the ********** area because of my ******** plan with WellCare. I keep getting told there is no call center for the ********** location and that they are understaffed. I don't understand why you are accepting new patients when you can't even take care of the ones that already have established care.?! I can also provide phone records where I have repeatedly called and called and called.

    Please accept my apologies for the delayed response to complaint with assigned ID# ********. Due to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) a federal law that required the creation of national standards to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patients consent or knowledge, I am unable to provide you with written details you have requested. I can say several attempts have made to contact the complainant. If needed he may call our administrative at ************ for assistance.

    I ****** ****** had a doctors appotment on October 17th 2022 to see Doctor ******** ****** for my regular check up Med refile and after dozens of phone calls and my Boyfriend going over there here it is now November the 21st 2022 and I still haven't got any of my Meds filled.at this time Im not sure on what to do or who to call I really need my meds but have no clue what to do........
