    This is a new home that was purchased October delivered November 23 2022. However we didn't move till December 30 2022. We have reached out to them several times. We haven't had anything resolved. This was not the same home that I picked out. Non of these issues was their when I looked at this home. Holes in the floor and wall. Nails sticking up in floor. The molding is not installed correctly and it is also the wrong molding. They cut holes in the master bedroom bathroom through the floor and wood you can see the outside through the bathroom. I have electrical issues. The kitchen island isn't steady you can move or rock. All bedrooms has lose board in the floor. All bedrooms have creeks in the celling. The bathroom has had leaks in it. Both bathrooms has bubbles in the floor. All door frames are not completely sealed they are separated. The Windows is also not sealed. The glass door want open or close properly it also Its raining inside her home. She also can see mold. The back door will not lock. She can't shower in the bathroom because its not usable its not connected. The molding is not connected to the walls in most of the rooms. I also had issued with outside has siding is bent and they also have waves in them the shingles came off. Windows was not flushed to fit. The screen door has paint on it and it is also not leveled. When you turn on the ventilation switch the lights flickers. Every door is unleveled in this house. The closet walls have holes, puddy and not painted. Its just the grey drywall. Master bedroom bathtub is not sealed and the sinks has gaps from the counter top. Marks all over the floor. Utility room ventilation vent looked used and dirty. The door in the Pantry doesn't close correctly. Corner end of the house is bent need to be replaced. the back door and shingles need to be replaced, Siding also needs to be replaced and some are cut to short. I also have holes in the siding. Wood frame by the window is cracked. Outside light no cover.
