      I am a tenant who is currently battling cancer, I cause no issues, and I pay my rent on time every month. I was very disappointed when I arrived home from an appointment and there was a car parked at my house leaving me no where to park. I exhausted all my resources before I called the rent office to have it towed. They took away parking on the street so theres nowhere to park other than in designated parking spots. The employee at Holtzman told me to drive around until I could park at my house where I pay $1400 to live.. very inconsiderate.

      I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the treatment I have received from your company. My experience with Holtzman has been marked by rude behavior, a lack of service and communication, and a complete lack of professionalism.Firstly, the way your representatives treated me over the phone was nothing short of disrespectful. They were dismissive, impatient, and displayed a complete disregard for my concerns as a property owner. It is disheartening to feel unvalued as a client.Secondly, the lack of service and communication provided by your team is appalling. I have faced numerous instances where important matters were mishandled, and attempts to reach your staff for assistance were met with indifference and unresponsiveness.Furthermore, I cannot help but feel that Holtzman Real Estate Services prioritizes the tenants over the property owners. As a property owner, I expected to receive support and advocacy, but instead, I have been met with hostility and an apparent lack of interest in my needs.Adding to my dismay, I cannot overlook the discriminatory behavior I believe I have encountered from your company. The way certain issues were handled, the tone used during our interactions, and the overall treatment I received raise serious concerns about potential racism within your organization.As a loyal customer who has owned property with ********************** for a significant period, I find it deeply disheartening to be treated in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner.Don't allow them to manage your property!!!
