    We scheduled this company to come give us a quote. Their rep is awesome. We purchased 4 windows. The installer came on a Saturday to measure them at that time I asked to add another window he measured it, sent it with the order. My husband received a call from ****** in the office in *********** ******* letting us know that the crew would be coming to install the windows and the date. A couple days before the crew was to come to install the windows I asked my husband to call ****** and find out if they would be coming because of the bad storms that we were having. ****** told my husband he would get with the installation group and let us know if they were planning to come. We never received a call back from ******. January 12, 2024- The installers came not with five windows but the original four, reason the fifth window did not come is because we did not make a payment or a down payment on it. We did not receive a call saying anything from the office. We were unaware that this needed to be done first. So now again my husband spoke to ****** about the not following threw and the lack of communication. Window got installed the install guys are awesome. February 15, 2024 I go out to wash the house siding I get to the last window and almost cry the metal trim is not touching the window they installed. I go straight in the house pull everything from the window and see water strains down the wall. That would explain why I felt the carpet damp under my feet. I call the office in ********** ******* right away ******* answers tells me he’ll have **** call me that he is on a job in ***** ******** today and that he knew exactly where we were. I hear nothing or see no one. So I duct the window. We leave town come back the window still looks the same with the tape. I call rep that sold us the windows rep calls the office the office manager ****** will call. I never get a call ****** answers the phone again and tells me the same thing ****** on a job I’ll have him call you.

    I am sending this form to inform you that the issue with our window was resolved fixed today. I received a call March 5, 2024, from the owner of the company and he assured me it would be fix today March 06,2024. It is fixed just as he promised. We are very happy with the outcome.
