    On December 19, 2024, I brought my 2016 ****** Altima to Spirit Car Wash & Lube for a routine oil change. I take great care of my vehicle and have never missed a scheduled oil change. A few days later, I noticed oil leaking from my car, which had never happened before.On December 24, 2024, I returned to Spirit Car Wash & Lube to address the issue. Although they attempted to fix it, the leak persisted, albeit to a lesser extent. On December 26, 2024, I called and spoke with the manager, ****, to escalate the issue. Unfortunately, **** refused to take accountability and insinuated that my vehicle already had a serious pre-existing leak.This accusation is entirely false. I have records from an authorized ****** dealership confirming that my vehicle had no such issue prior to this oil change. If my car had a serious leak as **** claimed, I would have needed to replace oil frequently, which I did not.When I asked to speak with the owner of the business, **** became defensive, unprofessional, and rude. At no point did Spirit Car Wash & Lube make any genuine effort to resolve the issue or take responsibility for the damage caused.Desired Resolution I am requesting a full refund for the oil change and immediate reimbursement for any additional repairs needed to fix the damage caused by Spirit Car Wash & Lube. Additionally, I expect a written apology for the lack of professionalism and poor customer service I experienced.
