      They are putting holds on my card, for no reason. I tried to purchase something on line, and they would not honor it. Then the next day I tried to purchase $8.00 of items at ******. They denied it 2 times. I have my paycheck automatically deposited every Wednesday - so there was money in the bank. When I called they said that they had a Hold on all Publix accounts because of Fraud, but they could not answer as to why they don't notify their customers of this. ********************************************* use to be a ************** Not Any More - I too will be moving my accounts to a different bank.They are undependable, and Non Professional.

      I made a payment on my car loan which is at AOD Credit Union in ******** *******, and on August 28, I made the payment from Family Savings Credit Union. Teller 723 took both of my **** Debit Cards and deducted $179.00 from each account (AOD and ****), but she only applied $179.00 to my car loan which made me be in the negative and it was reported to the credit bureau(s). Upon speaking with on of the teller managers/supervisor, I was told that because the loan was not originated at FSCU, there was nothing they could do.I feel like FSCU should have corrected a mistake one of their tellers made, but instead nothing was done. At this point, I am really considering closing my account and going to another credit union.

      This bank *****. They don't ever want to work. They only stay open two days at a time, Monday and Tuesday, then Thursday and Friday. No after hours support. My child lost a debit card the week of Thanksgiving. I had to wait six days to order another. Lucky I have credit cards because I had no access to my money for those six days. I would probably have more access to an internet only bank and better interest as well. They advertise a high interest rate, but, if you do auto statements and 12 pos with a debit card and did not exceed a balance up to 15k. Secret is if it goes over even .01 for one day the interest is significantly reduced so they get out of paying the higher rate. I made sure The balance was around 14k at the end of the month but I did not receive the full amount of interest for the balance at the end of the month. The account was used for bills and the balance would fluctuate quite a bit. They kept saying they paid the higher interest but it was not because the amount they paid did not add up to the balance of the account. They would not tell me and hid the fact that if I kept the "average daily balance" as close to 15k without going over and never go over for even part of one day was the only way to get the full interest paid, they tried to keep that a secret, scam artist.
