    This window installer was referred to us by the window company we purchased the windows from. He installed these starting June 13th and left the job site June 24th. He collected nearly all of his payment before quitting. The window installer did not install windows as promised and left the job site before completing.He resorted to an internal installation instead of an external installation as promised causing damage to multiple areas of the interior window trim which now must be replaced or repaired causing additional cost.Did not install according to the manufacturer's instructions. Did not follow the instructions outlined by ********************** which was provided in a packet included with each window.Did not use the pilot holes provided to secure the window frame to the house. Did not use screws provided in *************** provided packet. Did not use manufacturers recommended installation hardware in the correct spot causing concern for future leaks.Did not use the provided jam **** screws which are necessary in order to properly shim the center of the window jam which is required to make the window insulation properties and **factor guarantee, as well as proper operation of the window sashes.Did not shim the windows. Did not shim in four points as recommended by the manufacturer's instructions. Failure to shim causes an increase in **value and the **factor to rise significantly by allowing more air infiltration in and out of the house. It also results in improper operation of the window because the windows are not square. Did not use insulating spray foam. Foam helps with setting the windows and prevents condensation transfer to wood interior. The Front door was not installed properly. Its torqued/*****.***All these things make the windows void of warranty with ***************!!!! I called and confirmed that with ***************!Proof of payment and pictures available upon request.
