I am requesting a refund for the other two tickets that were purchased due to event being improperly advertised. I paid $85.56 total but the event sponsor (*********************** Butterfly Works LLC) only refunded me $30 for one ticket so I am requesting the remaining $55.56 be refunded to me. The sponsor was made aware of my request to have all tickets refunded but has not yet done so. It is the sponsors negligence that the event was improperly advertised and I purchased three tickets under the notion that my nephew could attend. Had the information been clearly advertised on ticket page that children 0-7 couldnt go, I wouldnt have purchased any tickets. Three tickets purchased April 4. One of these tickets was for my 4 year old nephew who loves ******** music. May 21 (10 days before event) sponsor sends mass email that children 0-7 cant attend. I scramble to get childcare and request a refund for child ticket and sponsor agrees. Unfortunately, our childcare fell through on May 29, so I let sponsor know none of us can attend anymore and that we are requesting refund for 3 tickets. No reply from sponsor. Email June 26 to follow up about refund and theres no response. Contact Eventbrite on July 27 about refund for three tickets and to let them know sponsor ***** responded to subsequent emails. Eventbrite reaches out to sponsor. Sponsor emails me Aug.3 and requests alternate payment info and a screenshot of total amount paid. When I check for refund, I notice sponsor only refunds price of 1 ticket. When I bring this to her attention, she says she has honored my initial request to refund child ticket and is closing out case. I remind sponsor that my last correspondence to her and Eventbrites correspondence to her requested that three tickets be refunded but she has not responded. Eventbrite agrees I am due a refund for all tickets but said I must deal directly with sponsor for securing refund. Eventbrite has flagged sponsor due to non-resolution of the issue.
