    I purchased a cleaning package that contained three two hour cleaning sessions from them. I had the first session in which I paid them. I scheduled the second session. They did not show up. I called the day of the session when they didn't show up. I was told that they would call me back. They never call back. I called back the next day, and they either hung up or the call was disconnected. I have called back several times since then. I get voicemail, and I never get a call back. I have put in contact requests on their website, still no response. Apparently they have taken my money and run.

    I do apologize for the issues. I do know that you purchased 3 - 2 hour cleanings, and you have redeemed one of them.  I did not have you scheduled on my calendar for some reason or another. When you called I was having trouble with my phone and I wasnt able to hear anyone. I did try and call you back the following day, but your voicemail wasnt set up and I wasnt able to leave a message.  Again, I do apologize and we will get you scheduled. I assure you that we have not taken your money and ran.  We are very busy and short handed.
