    Unfortunately, my experience with this business was shocking. To be clear, I have not hired this company, so I cannot speak to their work performance, but after my experience with them, I certainly would warn anyone away from hiring them. I was driving to my home for a quick turnaround, only to find their truck blocking my driveway, engine idling, and the driver ignoring me. I lowered my window and asked him to please roll forward a bit. He told me I had to wait until he left.Surprised, I clarified, asking, "You want me to wait here [in the street] until you leave?" He confirmed yes. It wasn't until after I photographed his truck so I could remember the company name that he decided he WOULD roll forward the little amount required to "allow" me to enter my own driveway and home. His behaviour and tone were unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessarily selfish. We all live in community, and our actions impact others. No one is more important than anyone else.Anyone hiring them should consider the impact on themselves and their neighbours if this is how Stafford treats people just trying to live their lives, access their homes, and get to work. Do Better.
