    I've held off for over a year and a half but can't any longer since he seems in absolutely no hurry to correct the issue. So back story I paid ******************* from Pete Guy Paving to repave my driveway as well as my neighbors house for probably a total of about 45k. The driveways were extremely grainy and my driveway is cracking in the center, also he had to patch a spot right afterwards which looks like garbage. He then promised by sealing the driveways it would correct it and smooth it out. When he sealed them he sprayed the very light and then tried to collect which he did not get paid. Now myself and neighbor both were unhappy at the time the drive was done and verbalized it at the time to which he promised sealing would correct it. I have reached out to *************** numerous times via text and phone to which I get all kinds of excuses like no money to buy materials to fix the driveway to dump truck is broke down, and my word is good when I keep telling him he's made me wait till the 1 year warranty is over. February will be 2 years and still nothing has been done.
