    I bought a used 2017 Tahoe from **** Black Hiram in October 2022 as well as GAP insurance and a power train warranty. A month later I contacted my salesperson because the check engine light came on. I texted him asking what steps I should take to have it fixed. He then started making inappropriate sexual remarks and became frustrated and didnt want to help me when I wouldnt entertain his behavior. I brought the car in and they supposedly fixed the problem. Three months after purchase, my vehicle wouldnt start. I brought it to **** black three times and they couldnt find the problem and offered no sort of resolution. I brought it to a different mechanic where it has been for a month and we still dont know whats wrong. I am financing $37,000 for a vehicle that cant be driven reliably and the dealership doesnt want to help me in any way. I have no other vehicle to drive and I cant afford to rent one for an extended period of time as well as make my car and insurance payments. Additionally, they did not submit emissions and I was informed at office that they are required to do so. I was also contacted about an incident of vandalism regarding the vehicle I traded in with ******************************* because they never transferred over ownership.

    CUSTOMER PURCHASED A USED VEHICLE AND HAS STATED SHE HAS SEVERAL PROBELMS WITH VEHICLE WHICH WE WERE ATTEMPTING TO HELP RESOLVE EVEN THOUGH IT IS A USED VEHICLE AND NOT REQUIRED UNDER LAW SINCE SHE PURCHASED AN AS IS VEHICLE. WE CONTINUED TO ASSIST CUSTOMER AS WE DO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS EVEN THOUGH WE COULD NOT FIND STATED ISSUE UNTIL THE CUSTOMER STARTED MAKING VERBAL THREATS TO THE DEALERSHIP THREATNING TO HAVE HER LAWYER CONTACT US EVEN THOUGH WE WERE ASSISTING HER AT MOSTLY NO CHARGE TO ASSIST IN REPAIRS SHE STATED NEEDED EVEN THOUGH NOT REQUIRED UNDER GEORGIA LAW. AFTER MAKING MULTIPLE THREATS TO DEALERSHIP I DECIDED TO NOT REPAIR VEHICLE OR SERVICE VEHICLE AT NO CHARGE TO CONSUMER ANY FURTHER. ENCLOSED YOU WILL SEE WHERE EMISSION ARE GOOD AND ALL SERVICE REPAIRS THAT HAVE BEEN COMPLETED SINCE TAKING DELIVERY. VEHICLE DID NOT REQUIRE EMISSIONS AT TIME OF SALE BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT EXPIRED. THE CURRENT EMISSIONS ARE ENCLOSED CERTIFICATE NUMBER KA229978. THANKS YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE,

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    Per the invoices **** Black Hiram attached, I made several attempts to have my car repaired at the dealership to ultimately be told not to bring it back. They also informed me it was showing at least 30 codes but wouldnt give me anymore information about the codes. I also deny the accusations that I made several threats to the dealership. I never made any type of threat. The only mention of lawyers were made at my final attempt at resolving my issues at the dealership when I asked them How do I get this fixed because Im paying $700 a month for a car I cant drive and I cant even get to work? Do I have to get a lawyer to fix this? I would really just love for my car to be fixed or put me in one that works.

    Attached is the AS IS Buyers Guide provided to the consumer when they purchase a used vehicle. The Buyers Guide states that the dealer does not provide a warranty for any repairs after sale. The customer purchased a warranty at the time of sale that covers the powertrain for limited miles and time. The powertrain warranty is valid at any certified dealer or mechanic. **** Black did not find the problems with the vehicle stated and assisted with other conserns with no charge to the consumer.
