    After much research, I placed an order for an oil filter for my tractor on 9/2/24, p/n EA00001160B, on the ************************************************************ website. I had placed the order because their website had listed the exact oil filter part number I needed. The price was $28.33 + $11.00 S&H for a total of $39.33. When the oil filter arrived, they had swapped out the oil filter with a different part number. They never told me when I placed the order or before they shipped it out, that they were replacing it with a different part number. I would have canceled my order if they had told me beforehand. I was aware of this substituted part number, but my engine specifically calls for the part number I ordered. I called the company today, 9/9/24, and the person that I spoke with told me that the part number I ordered had been changed to p/n WA00004647A. I told them that I was aware of that part number, but my specific tractor engine does not allow that part number because the filter is smaller and has caused issues with my type of engine on other tractors. I told them I wanted a refund and he hung up on me. If I had wanted that filter, I would have bought that filter. I believe it is totally dishonest to list, and sell one part number and deliver a totally different part number without ever telling the buyer. I want them to send a pre-paid return label and refund my purchase in full.

    The customer was shipped the "updated" filter per McCormicks spec sheet. (attached) but did not want the updated filter. Our system (Quickbooks) only allows us to put one part number in the item name/ number. We add the addition or updated part numbers in the additional box but have realized that is not viewable to the customer. Our ********************** **** reached out via email to Mr. ******* apologizing for the misunderstanding & attached the document from ********* advising the updated filter. Mr. ******* accepted his apology but requested a refund & a prepaid label. A prepaid label was send via email to Mr. ******** he returned the part to us & we refunded him the entire amount. 

    This claim has been handled between business & customer.

    DON'T EVER ORDER PARTS FROM AG PARTS SUPPLY at ***************************************, ** ***** www.agpartssupply.com I ordered what was said to be a new, complete OEM lift pump. I had confirmed by email before purchasing! What I received was a used, incomplete pump, no manual pump, no spring, no valve and no gaskets. Called and was told by the owner that it was discounted and basically just deal with it. Never buy here again!!!! Would suggest you think twice before doing business with them.To top this off, after all the time spend on cleaning it up! IT'S A BAD PUMP, WAITING ON OWNER TO CALL BACK ON MONDAY...how's that work in the middle of hay season!Believe me, when I'm at every cattle sale, farm auction, or anything else, I will tell everyone about this!
