    I wish someone would shut him down ****. COMPLETE FRAUD SCAM ARTIST. does nothing with permits, nothing up to code, overcharges, doesnt pay his outside contractors (hvac, plumbing, etc) and doesnt pay his own workers. Absolutely AWFUL MAN.

    DON'T GIVE HIM A *****!BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOUR READ about ******************************* and SE ************************************************ I don't know how he has any stars.DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD HE SAYS. He will say "all the right things," but at the end of the day you'll be DISAPPOINTED.Nothing was sealed off during demo so there is sheetrock dust EVERYWHERE. The floors, the walls, the ceiling, the basement and even the carport. There's even dust from sheetrock, tile and wood on the front porch.We asked that our doors be saved because they are solid wood. They were all thrown away. Two of the doors he installed match each other and the other door doesnt match another door in the house.We were told on Monday, September 18 everything would be done September 15, so we scheduled movers and told our landlord wed be out Monday, September 29. Today is November 19th and its still not complete. We had to push out our movers and move-in date to October 4th, even though everything wasnt done because we had to be out of our previous house.Master tub is not installed.Installed the wrong shower diverter. Master hand-held shower-sprayer doesnt work.Installed the wrong shower drain in the master shower.Plumbing, nor electrical is to code. Neither of the exhaust fans in the master are vented out of the roof. One of HIS plumbers said the master toilet needed to be re-plumbed.Installed the wrong shower drain in the hall shower.Sink/vanity in the hall bathroom isnt secured to wall, nor caulked.Light switch in the hall bathroom only operates one of the two LEDs in the bathroom.Missing insulation in all 3 areas and has caused the ceiling to discolor in the master shower area.The replaced/repaired sheetrock behind the master sink (stairs down to basement) wasnt painted.Mirror in the hall bath was not installed.Final, full interior clean-up is not done.We havent heard from him in WEEKS and cant get him to respond to our calls or texts.
