      When I first started with this company it was good later on problem started to where there's no communication from them on telling you about your bill going up ok they rather not pick up trash and that's how you find out there a problem you have to call them they stop sending bills one person will tell you one thing and do another thing then you will catch them in a lie and they would say I told you that no I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone until they get it together funny they want pick up your trash if you owe them a dollar so I'm very unsatisfied with this company

      I asked for Recycling. They said do have recycling. Charged for it. But never had recycling. They will come and throw everything in Garbage truck. I am recycling for the last ********************************* ****** it is free recycling. Please reimburse my money back to me.

      Garbage Hound Sanitation I had my garbage can out with two bags out side they only pick up the can. I called them They said they change their website about only picking up close lid garbage cans . I can not believe it . I will change to a different sanitation company. White **** will also suggest it at the *** meeting so all the subdivision can also change too.

      Garbage is never picked up on time or the day it is scheduled, I called the office and the lady that answered was so nasty.and didn't care, she was asking,.can you wait until next week, I said no because we pay for our services, I am sick of it and looking for someone new.

      Worst company EVER! It's the customers fault not theirs! I canceled and went with White **** The driver claims they never saw a 40 yr. Old man standing at curb with big red can. Scary..Maybe a bettrr comment would be...if they can't see that how could they see a child in that massive truck!

      Extremely inconsistent garbage removal service. 50% chance that garbage is collected when scheduled/promised. Every complaint to the company is met with ******************* but no service improvement. When I asked for a $1 reduction in fees for every day a pickup is delayed the company responded that their system had no way to track when service was dismissed nor to accept less than billed amount. when I asked for notification when service "might" be delayed, the reply was, "Our system does not allow us to notify our ****** customers individually.. ************ is poorly operated and managed!
