    I am filing a formal complaint regarding the unprofessional, hostile service and lack of response received from Global HVAC ***.The technician they sent out on July 7, 17, and 27, 2023 displayed a dismissive, irritable attitude during multiple service visits. He failed to properly diagnose the problem which resulted in useless repairs costing me over $360 in Freon. This company also excessively delayed appointment times. My calls to the office went unreturned, causing me to wait over 3 weeks without ** service during summer heat.I hired an independent technician who immediately determined the ** unit needed full replacement - a diagnosis Global HVAC *** should have made on the first visit. His incompetence caused me financial loss and frustration.Most egregiously, when I was contacted by owner ********************* to address these issues, he called me back and proceeded to speak to me in a combative, rude manner, insisting no mistakes were made. He took no responsibility for the company's lack of response.This company provided unprofessional, deficient service resulting in an unacceptable customer experience. **************** compounded the situation with his abrasive, unapologetic attitude during my call. I look forward to a satisfactory response to include a refund of a portion of the charges I incurred outside of my home warranty company.

    **************************; THE FIRST CALL WE GOT FROM YOUR WARRANTY **MPANY AHS WE CAME YO YOUR HOUSE THE SERVICE **** CLEAN THE OUTDOOR **NDENSER **IL YOUR FATHER WAS OUTSIDE WITH HIM YOUR **** WAS LOW ON CHARGE YOU AUTHORIZE THE REPAIR UNDER THE GUIDELINES FROM AHS YOU HAD TO PAY THE BALANCE WE REPORT TO AHS THE **** WAS WORKING YOU CALL AHS YOU SAID THE **** WASN'T TURNING OFF BUT IT WAS **OLING YOU SAID IT MIGHT BE THE THERMOSTAT THE SERVICE **** DIDN'T FIND ANY THING WRONG AT THAT TIME WE STILL REPLACE THE THERMOSTAT AND REPORT TO AHS THE THIRD TIME WE TOLD YOU WE DONT SEND THE SAME **** BACK AND IT WAS GOING TO BE A FEW DAYS TO RESCHEDULE  WE REPORTED TO AHS THE **** ARRIVED AT YOUR HOUSE AND FOUND THE *** ON THE INDOOR EVAP **IL HAD FAILED SO WE REPORTED TO AHS GOT AUTHORIZATION TO REPAIR YOUR **** YOU HAVE DECLINED BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE NON **VERAGE FROM AHS THATS IN YOUR **NTRACT  IF YOU HAVE CALLED ANOTHER HVAC ** SURE THEY ARE GOING TO TELL YOU REPLACE IT YOUR WARRANTY **MPANY WILL REPAIR BEFORE REPLACEMENT THATS IN YOUR AHS **NTRACT WE ARE A **NTRACTOR FOR AHS FOR OVER 12YRS  WE ALWAYS GET 1OR 2 OF THESE EVERY YEAR BECAUSE THE HOMEOWNER DIDN'T AGREE WITH AHS WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU AND NOT JUST TAKE MONEY IF YOU LIKE WE CAN GO BACK TO THEM AND TRY TO SOLVE THE ISSUE BUT YOU HAVE TO **MMUNICATE WITH US WITHOUT PUTTING THE ***** ON GLOBALHVACINC. HOPEFULLY YOU CAN GET THIS DONE ASAP MY # ************ IF YOU NEED ANYTHING FROM US ON THE THIS ISSUE HAVE A GREAT DAY

    I am rejecting this response because the main issue was a problem diagnosing correctly the first time and also I am not a technician if I said maybe check the thermostat and there was nothing wrong, then that should not have been replaced. This should have been diagnosed at that time. Also the repeated delays and failure to schedule as promised by AHS warranty company after confirming with Global are not acceptable. The delays resulted in over $400 of purchase of portable air condition unit while we wait. I am willing to split the difference of all my costs to include the service fee AHS charged me. The original freon charge should never have been made when the unit was not properly fixed and failed the next day again
