I scheduled an appt and ended up needing to cancel. I was charged $500 for cancelling my appt. She stated I signed a waiver when I made the appt that I *** would have to pay full services if I cancelled my appt, but the appt was for a FREE consultation for tattoo removal and she stated that if I chose to go forward with it, they could get started same day. They charge like $250-700 per session, but she said for the size of mine it would be around $250 but was unable to know the exact price without looking at it. You can't go forward with a procedure or surgery without a consultation to meet the person doing it, what performing the procedure entails, and the cost of the procedure. The moment I said I needed to cancel, she charged my card on file $500 fraudulently. Then, after her stealing $500 from me, she threatened to *** me for defamation for me posted a negative review on ****** telling the truth. I guess this is how she keeps her negative reviews under control.Business Response

Hi *******,
Good to hear from you again.. As we have stated many times, you did not book for the free consultation. Unfortunately, you booked for the actual service. I will attach the photo of your appointment booking, showing the service you booked was for the actual service and not a consultation. Our booking site is clear about our consultations verse services. You were also never given a quote of $250.. We don't give tattoo removal quotes without seeing the tattoo. When you booked your appointment, you were forced to click that you have read and agree to our policies. I am so sorry you did not read the policies beforehand and glanced over this part before you confirmed that you had and agree. Our policies are clear and are in place to protect our small business.
We do not support canceling two hours before your appointment. You took an appointment slot that could have been filled by a paying customer. Imagine you went to work that day, only for your boss to tell you you werent going to be paid for an hour of work. Would you be happy and agree that thats fair? I doubt it. That is why we ask for a notice at least 48 hours before, so we can accommodate. Unfortunately, a two our notice is unexceptable and it why you were charged the cancelation fee.
We threatened to *** for defamation because the MANY ****** reviews you left were not true. You continued to submit multiple lies, from multiple accounts, even getting your friend to leave a review saying I messed up her face when she had never been here. Defamation is defined as the action of damaging the good reputation of someone; slander or libel, which is what you were doing when you left multiple reviews that were untruthful. You stated you were able to go somewhere with way more experience, a better method, and way less treatments. However, you have not been to our office, therefore, you are making a false claim, because you dont know our nurse practitioner. You also stated, much better quality and a lot cheaper elsewhere. Which again, you would not know because you have not been to our office. Among those comments, you also claimed you were scammed out of $500. But, you were not scammed. You scammed yourself by agreeing to a cancellation policy and then not showing up for the appointment you booked..
We are sorry you are still upset over this matter that happened a month ago. We hope you are able to move on and have a great day!Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
I was told what slot to book the appointment in. Imagine having surgery at the hospital with no consultation. It clearly states on the website the consultation is FREE. I didnt say I was quoted $250. It was estimated thats about what a tattoo that size costs. But you are correct, prices cant be given until the Consultation. The bank states since no consultation or price was given and since I didnt agree on that amount, that this is Fraud, which means I was scammed out of my money. And btw, I didnt have anyone post reviews on your website and you threatened me to *** when any facts were stated. Im sorry you have to lie and steal to make a living.
Sincerely,

You can reject the response, but that doesnt change the truth. We have multiple employees that overheard your conversation, where you were directed to book a consultation if you were unsure, or book the tattoo removal that includes a consultation before hand if you for sure wanted the service performed same day. Per our last response, we provided evidence that you chose to book for the actual service and not the consultation. Because, during our call you were persistent in the fact you wanted it performed same day.
We have not heard from your bank about fraud, but when we do we will gladly provide them with the contract you agreed to when youre booked your appointment and provide our policy. You cant argue with a signed contract unfortunately. When you booked the appointment, you clicking the box stating you agreed to our policies was you signing a contract. You were not scammed or lied to. You signed a contract without reading and understanding it. We are so sorry you glanced over that part and didnt take our business seriously.
Again, we threatened defamation because your many reviews were not truthful. And, as stated in our previous response, that is considered defamation. We did not lie or steal from you. Again, you agreed to the policy when you booked. You agreed that if you were to cancel your appointment 48 hours before, you were going to be charged $500. This was not only stated when you booked your appointment, it is also emailed to you when your appointment is confirmed and again when your appointment reminder is sent out. I advise you in the future to read documents before you agree and sign them..
We will keep an eye out for a message from your bank.
Have a great day!Initial Complaint

-2/20/2023 went in for a Non-Surgical BBL appointment, 1 session of the Morpheus8 -Double Chin. Total $2,550.00 -2/28/2023 went in for more Non-Surgical BBL injections and body sculpting. Total $3,760.00 I had initially went in for a Non-Surgical BBL appointment on 2/20/2023 where she informed me that I would possibly need more fillers in the future. About a week later, I went online and shared some pictures with her before scheduling again, she then told me that she could definitely provide the results I was wanting to obtain so I saw her the next day for my second appointment 2/28/2023.I contacted her again on 5/20/2023 via Instagram and told her I had not seen any changes or progress since my last visit in February. She offered me a consultation for the next morning where she then told me that results vary and I would have to continue getting about 4-5 more services to see the results I was trying to obtain, paying about $5,000-$6,000 each time. I told her that I was deceived by her because she told me that the two services combined I had with her would definitely provide the results with "equal to more volume" in the 6 syringes that she uses as opposed to the other provider I was looking into that uses 15 vials. She didn't apologize for the results, nor offer to make things better, much less a refund, or ask me what she could do to make it better. I told her that if she would've just been honest I wouldn't have came back a second time for that specific service and didn't mind spending just a little more with the other provider to ACTUALLY get the results I was aiming for. All she said was "I'm sorry you feel deceived". I never received a follow up from her.For reference, the picture in pink was at my first visit. The one in black was at the second visit. There is no difference in results from either time to this day. Also, I booked my appointments under *************************** and financed via Cherry Technology under my legal name (she was aware).Business Response

During this patients first consultation, she expressed to me that she was wanting a BBL with filler. I informed the patient, as I do with all my patients inquiring about filler BBLS, that filler BBLS dont provide the same results as an actual BBL. But, she still wanted to try it because filler BBLS are less invasive. The patient provided an inspiration picture and I let her know 20 syringes were probably used to achieve that look. I let her know that to achieve the full BBL effect with filler, it would be around $13,000 for the amount of filler it would take because I charge $650/syringe. Per the messages the patient provided, Its definitely attainable, just going to require a lot more syringes. In the following messages, she asked how many more syringes she would need to buy, and in my reply I did not guarantee the looks of the inspiration photo, I stated for a more dramatic result, than what she started with, I would suggest at least another 2-4 syringes. Keep in mind, this is me trying to stay within her budget of around $5,000. If she was open to a larger budget, we could have definitely gotten her closer to the inspiration photo she provided. I also stated with the extra syringes and body sculpting, we can get you closer to the look you are going for, but I still did not guarantee the result of the inspiration photo.
During the in person consultations, like I do every patient, I informed her everyones body provides different results and I cant guarantee she will have the same results as someone else. I let her know she would not get the results she was hoping for with her budget, but there would be a slight difference. She was also informed of longevity. Filler can last average of 12 months, however it cant be guaranteed because everyones body processes filler differently. I have patients that go through filler ever 2-3. Months, and some that have theirs last 12 months. I did apologize for the confusion around the end result, but did not apologize for the result there is a noticeable difference given the budget I had to work with.
If you look at the patients before and after photos she provided, youll see that the after pictures show less cellulite and dimpling. The red thong is the patients original before picture, and the black thong is the patients after photo months after work had been done, when she wanted to complain about her result. Keep in mind the longevity timeline discussed earlier. The maroon thong is the patients second injection appointment (after injections), and the black thong is another angle of the after previously discussed. On the maroon thong photo, you can see two red injection sites and a bruise lower on the buttock. The red center injection site was to give projection volume, the red hip area injection site was to smooth out the hip dip more, and the bruise on the lower buttock area was injected to correct the dimple seen in the original before photo.
I will provide photo evidence as well. Looking at my photo, the maroon thong is at the patients second injection appointment (before the injections were given) and the pink cheeky underwear was after all filler was placed and body sculpting was done. If you pay attention to the right side in the before, you see the patients right buttock is lacking volume and is seemingly flat. While looking at the after, you can see a very noticeable, rounder buttock projection. It is a slight difference, but there IS a difference. I would just like to remind you that in order to give the patient the inspiration photo she provided, it was going to cost around $13,000, while I had to work within her overall budget. Although the client feels there were no results, you can clearly see the difference in the before and after photo I provided.
We are disappointed that the patient was unhappy with the beautiful results we provided within her budget. Due to her comments, there was clearly miscommunication and confusion. However, since a result was provided within her budget, we will not be issuing a refund. During my in-person consultations, I do my best to go deep into details and answer any questions the patient might have, so the patient isnt left feeling confused. I believe our 4.9/5 stars on ****** attests to the satisfaction of my clients. The one, one star review is from an old employee that was rude to a patient. But, other than that, I have never had a patient be dissatisfied because of how thorough I am during my consults.
