    These are the same people as Rooter Express. If you want a good idea of how they operate, look up reviews for Rooter Express. There are a ton of them out there with my same experience. Asked for septic tank pump out and was quoted $550. They came and pumped the tank and replaced some PVC at the tank and billed me $5,200. They were there for one afternoon and the cost of materials was just the ****

    I made an appointment for last week and they cancelled at the time of the appointment due to a sick employee. Thats fine. I rescheduled for yesterday ****pm. They were a no-call no-show. I called early afternoon to see if the were coming and had to leave a voicemail. Its a day and a half later and I still havent heard anything from them.
