    I made a purchase through this company on 11/2/22 and received a confirmation email that my order was received. In the email it says most orders will be shipped between **** days. I havent received any tracking information. I have shopped this company 3 times in the past with no issue however after reaching out by phone and email to the information posted and info revived from a private message from a previous purchase years ago, I have not gotten a response back. The phone numbers are disconnected and the other is busy. It never rings. I visited the ******** page again searching for new contact info to see other complaints from shoppers stating its been months and they still havent received their purchases. Please advise.I would like my merchandise or a refund for items purchased. If they are out of business they shouldnt still be able to collect or process payments for merchandise.Is there a way to investigate if they are indeed still operating business or how to go about refund.Direct message through social media gives an auto reply with contact information that provides no response.
