    I moved in the apartment 2-1-25, I had no hot water for the first 3 days, in the last month my air conditioning has been out twice for 3 or more days each time, there is a gutter hanging outside by my front window that I reported over a month ago that is still not fixed! I am without air conditioning right now going on three days I was not able to get ahold of management for two days and there telling me that they don't know when the maintenance guys will get to it because he has other things going on! I have a child in the house and I have not been able to cook clean or do laundry because it's to hot to turn anything on that will make it hotter! They don't seem concerned at all, just keep apologizing but nothing happening! I need help I don't know what else to do besides try and move and then I'd be breaking my lease.

    Thank you for letting me know about these issues. I will speak with the Site Manager today to resolve them. We will fix your AC and repair the hanging gutter. I apologize that you have had several problems with your AC. I will make sure it's fixed right.
