    I hit a deer the last week in October 2022 and contacted r&r who informed me that they could take it and have it fixed by the first of December. When the first of December came they still didn't have it finished and gave me no eta. Right before Christmas I went in and the owner assured me they would be closed to the general public the week between Christmas and new years but would be working and my van would be one of the vehicles they worked on and should be done by the 1st of Jan when they reopen. I went in jan 3rd and the office manager said no eta again. During all of this time it had only moved once on the lot and only to park it so the front end damage faced the *****. (They have a fenced lot) Also during this time I had steadily been giving them money. They quoted me *******. I have currently paid all but ******. My uncle went with me mid January and they said the end of the next week but finally had it in the shop and he got them to print all my reciepts which have a different balance than the ones I got every time I have paid. I got a message last week stating it would be done Feb 9. Today I got a message saying they are waiting on back ordered parts and are having a battery issue. It didn't even hit on the side the battery is on. I literally drove it to work and then to r&r after I hit the deer on the front passenger corner. The battery is on the drive side. I have currently spent approximately 14k on the repairs and rentals. I could have bought a new car had they not promised me a month time line that is now going into the 4th month.
