    I was completely unsatisfied with the whole process with this company. I ordered a transmission from them, but it was not what they said it would be. After receiving the part, I was told by them that the transmission had only ***** miles on it. I was also told that they had tested the transmission, and it was in great working condition. I had it installed by my mechanic and changed the filter and fluid. I picked the truck up after he completed the job. I drove it home about 40 miles, I drove it the next day about 20 miles, and the transmission started to not change as it should. I made it to my driveway, and it completely gave out. I had to pull it to park it. I contacted ****** that day to let them know what had happened, they said no problem they would take care of it because it was under warranty. But as I began to ask questions about them taking care of the next install, due to the fact that I drove it less than 100 miles, they did not want to do anything to help with the cost. At that point, I asked for a refund because I was not willing to go through this again and get another bad transmission. They said they understood. I talked to them daily, but three days later they called me telling me they were going to send a replacement, I told them again I didn't want a replacement I wanted a refund, at that time they wanted to charge me a shipping charge that they had not shipped and sent me a partial refund. I did everything right, everything they asked for, I did, and I was upfront about what I wanted. In my experience, I tell everyone not to deal with them, they are not trustworthy.
