    I got my roof done in March of 2024. Couple of months later back in June, I complained to the contractor about leaking from the May rainstorms. I thought it was a plumbing issue and two different plumbers from two different companies indicated it cannot be a pipe issue due to the location of the leak. I contacted the company to come out and I finally got someone to come out on the 20th of November 2024 to look at my roof while I was at work. I have yet to receive a call back or a report about my roof. I am having trouble getting in contact with anyone from the company. The person I have been texting, no longer responses to my messages. My home insurance has contacted them as well and left a message today on the 6th of December.

    OC Roofing ********************** our roof in December 2022. My contact was ***************************. Immediately after installation I noticed waves in part of the roof and spoke to *******. He said lets wait until Summer and see if the heat helps flatten them out. Prior to July 2023 I started contacting *******'s office, and *******. July ******* I sent ******* a text and picture of roof showing the waves in roof and his response was "wow..I see what you're talking about". He sent the pic to manufacturer of roof shingles. I contacted the manufacturer and they said it looks more like an installation issue. ******* did not act on the roof issues so I text him September 11, 2023 asking him any thoughts on our roof issues. ******* responded "Hey ******, I'm sorry man....sorry I dropped the ball". ******* also text me that same day and said he would have a date the next morning on when he is coming up. He did not provide any further response and did not come up. On October 2, 2023, I Text ******* again and asked if he had any word yet on our issues. I haven't received a response since. I made some other attempts to call their office . I have never received another response. I called the manufacturer and they tried reaching OC Roofing with no response. They recommended another roofing company and they come out and documented the issue, and provided a quote and video. I was reluctant to file complaint because I'm a business owner but I have no choice. OC Roofing should fix the problem, and I should not have to pay others to do so.

         We have been in contact with ******, and have corrected the issues at had. The hold up was a technical bulletin we were waiting for so we could correct the issue following g F Wave procedures..
