    On Nov. 15th, I switch auto insurance to Altamaha Agency, what a disaster. They allowed Progressive to take out my account the total premium for 6 months and the down payment. This caused my account to be overdrawn and they still owe me NSF and late fee charges.

    ************** was refunded both payments 1 by Progressive the other by agent plus overdraft fees. She was refunded the payment she was actually due to pay. So , in actuality she shouldve only been refunded Nsf fees (agent) paid) and the 6 months premium that was done by Progressive . A mistake was made and we did what we could to make things right. After nsf fees and late fees she still would have had to make her down payment. Which was returned to her by the agent. Progressive wouldnt refund her any of the late fees or nsf fees.
