    The billing department for this facility refuses to resolve my billing issue dating back to October 2023. Ive had billing issues for over a year now with no resolve or response. I had no choice but to file a grievance/complaint for an investigation to look into their billing practices with my insurance company. The companys staff never responded to my calls/emails/texts for updates. Also, they charged me for dates of service Ive already paid for. I have contacted their billing department since October of last year for an update with no *********** of 1/1/2025:I still haven't received a response from their billing department to date regarding my issue. Their billing department sent me a bill for $821.68 but did not post ALL of my payments totaling over $529.16 to the bill, even after I emailed them the proof of payments and transaction history from my bank as they requested. I emailed my proof of payments to ******** ***** ****** in their billing department asking for an update since October and she refuses to respond to me or provide me an update.Once I filed a grievance/complaint through my health insurance company, they tried reaching their billing department on NUMEROUS occasions with no response. I was advised to file a complaint with the ******************************* ********************************* which I have done. I also uploaded my proof of payments/transaction history and emails to ******** D. ***** and ******* ******** to my complaint. Lastly, I was instructed by the GA ************************************************ to file a complaint with the *************************, **************************** which was done on 12/10/24.Attached is my proof of payments made to this company in the amount of $529.16, email to ******** with proof of payments of $529.16 attached, letter from my health insurance company stated they can't reach billing department, and texts to ******** ***** in billing asking for update. I want credit for my payments

    Dear Ms. ******************** you for bringing your concerns to our attention, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. After thoroughly reviewing your account, here is what we found: 

    Account in mention showed that all payments from 10/5/23 through 9.15.24 totaling $529.16 were applied to the account correctly. There was a payment amount of $7.80 towards injections, but insurance company applied ***** to the deductible, leaving a balance of $18.62 per each date of service. After, further research we were able to come to a resolution on amount owed.

    On Feb 29th 2024 I had an appointment at the **************** location of Atlanta Allergy and Asthma.At that time i was charged $861.65 for a procedure performed on **** was then informed by my Insurance thru an Explanation of benefits, that i was only responsible for $50 and not the amount i was charged. now when i call the office and their billing department, they say they have no records of my account.
