    This is for the location on **** ********************, Johns Creek, ** *****. I cancelled my account at the end of September 2022 and returned all the keys. The ***************** at front desk just took my keys and said he would cancel my account. Then a couple months later, I received a collection notice from a collection agency that I owed the gym money. I went there to resolve it. The same ***************** looked into my account and said my account was never cancelled. But he remembered taking my keys back. He said to come back to talk to the owner. I came back, the owner said he would cancel the collection agency. Now I received another notice from the collection agency. My credit is being affected. This is ridiculous and illegal.

    I would like proof of document showing that my account has been cleared with collection agency since the owner told me a few months ago that he would take care of it, and it wasnt.

    We responded to this complaint the day we received it.  ************ has been cancelled and the collection agency has been contacted.  His account has been cleared.
