Bought a pre-paid sim in July, their website says "**** can be activated within 60 days of purchase. **Taxes and shipping charges applicable." based on this, I assumed that the sim can be activated within 60 days or beyond, it didn't say that **** MUST be activated within 60 days". I called multiple time trying to activate that sim after 60 days and I was told lies over and over. they always say that the sim will be activated in 24 hours and I should receive an email or a supervisor will call me in 24 hours. So far, none of this happened. I either need my money back or the sim to be activated. I paid $120 and now can't use it at all.

On Sept. 14, 2024 I checked my device compatibility on **************************, and got confirmation that my phone IMEI number is fully compatible with their plans. As such, I purchased a 12-month plan (unlimited calls + 10Gb mobile data) for $99.00 On Sept. 20, 2024 I received a new SIM card and the service activation instructions by mail and activated the service. My service was suppose to last until Sept. 15, 2025.The phone service worked fine until Dec. 17, 2024 (just under 3 months). On Dec. 17, 2024 the phone service stopped working, saying that it is not connected to the network. All incoming calls would be answered by an answering service, the phone would not dial or ring. After waiting for the service for 2 days I contacted Infimobile support on Dec. 20, 2024 to inquire why my phone is not working. I was told that Infimobile technical team would investigate the problem and would notify me by ******** email came by Dec. 26. At that point my phone was not working for 9 days. On Dec. 26 I called the Infimobile support again and was told that my phone stopped working because it is "too old" and is no longer compatible with their service. Infimobile said that they cannot restore my service, but I can apply for a refund on their ********** that point I figured that my phone is not too old, it is about 5 years old. So, I went to the website of another provider and confirmed the same device compatibility with a new provider. As such, I applied for a refund from infimobile. I figured I paid $99 for a 12-month plan, but received less than 3 months of service, so I should receive $99/12*9 = $74.25 for the unused 9 months of service. On Dec. 27, 2024 Infimobile sent me an email stating that they can refund only $5 from my original $99 *********** summarize, I paid $99 for a 12-month plan. Alter less than 3 months Infimobile turned off my service (due to my phone being "too old") and offered to refund $5. Is this a fair deal?
