On may 10 I paid $470 to this individual/business for an eyebrow service (nanobrows ). Since then, the person has not responded to calls or messages and has not shown up for the appointment. There has been no follow-up, no refund, and no explanation.I have made several attempts to contact him through phone and social media without any success. Additionally, I have learned that other women have experienced the same issue, suggesting a pattern of unprofessional or fraudulent behavior.Attempts to resolve the issue:Ive tried reaching out multiple times but received no response. I have not been offered a new appointment date or a refund.I am requesting that this issue be investigated and that I receive a full refund of the amount paid.Initial Complaint

I made and appointment with **** Gonzalez on Instagram. He mircoblades eyebrows. I took my mom the procedure was for her. He revised her eyebrows and proceeded to say that before he continues she needs different procedure done. My mom had previous tint on her eyebrows, so he was going to apply a cream to tone it down. We agreed he did that procedure and we made our next appointment for May 16, 2025. He said he required our payment in full to secure our appointment. We paid $470 on May ******. He then started pushing back our appointments, to where it got sketchy. Then he stopped replying. He mentioned during our appointment that we could request a refund. We requested it, and he did not answer.He does not answer us anymore. We paid and my mom did not get the service done.Initial Complaint

Paid $280 deposit back in October 2024. He was quick to respond and accept money. When I followed up to schedule appointment he did not respond. I messaged him through Instagram and two different cellphone numbers. After a week, I asked for a refund and then he responded. His excuse was he was extremely busy and apologized. Asked to give him another chance and he would make it right. The lack of communication is a set back and made me feel uneasy. I decided to give him another chance. After several months, I am unable to have the procedure due to health issues and asked for my money back at the end of January. He did not respond so I sent a ***** request for my deposit. Thats when he reaponded and said he would return my money to give him a week. I followed up a week later and he apologized and asked for another week. Hes explained how he was extremely busy againthen he was out of the stateand now he is going through personal issues. I told him I think he is scamming me. Ive given him a month to refund my deposit and said if I dont receive it I will have to take other matters. He responded that he understood if I did and to give him another week for partial refund. Hes constantly saying with Gods help. Keeping peoples money is not something God would approve of. How can you run a business like this? His Instagram has 19.6k followers, good promo, but I dont think its real! I dont know his situation, but this is not how to do business. Please stay away from him and do not send him money! I dont even know if Ill get my money back.Initial Complaint

On September 9th 2024, I visited **** Gonzalez at his place of business at ********************* to get nano brows, a service for $590. He was nice and welcoming and though there was a language barrier we used ****** translate and I showed pictures of exactly what I was looking for and he said he was able to deliver. Upon completion I was satisfied, but less than a month later it all faded. He agreed to do a touch up because these brows should last up to 3 years. After the retouch and the healing process started I realized that my brows were not natural hair strokes like we agreed to but, it was a dreaded tattoo. My brows look worse than they did before. He also shaved my natural brow, which is now taking forever to grow back. I reached out with a picture of my brows and expressed that they were nothing that we agreed to and he assured me that he would make it right. I told him that I really wanted it removed because it was horrific and looks like a terrible stain. He agreed to have it removed. After 2 months of giving me the run around I asked to be refunded because clearly he was not going to give me the removal service. He has stopped responding to all communication. I am disappointed that I have lost almost $600 to look worse than I did before and now it permanent. **** is a fraud and not a professional. It would be a shame for any other woman to encounter this. I cant believe I paid someone to do this to me. I would greatly appreciate a refund so that I can have this tattoo removed and have it redone by a professional.Initial Complaint

I made an appointment for microblading, three months in advance and he required a $150 deposit, then changed my date at the last minute. Upon going to the appointment, he suggested paying $60 additional to lighten my eyebrows first and returning the following week. $490 was the original price for the procedure then demanded I pay $300 up front before coming back the next week. I made the appointment and he changed the day/time again and when I showed up at the scheduled date for June 8, at 8:00 a.m. He didn't arrive at the salon so I tried calling twice and texting. He said he was late due to traffic, but I believe he was asleep and forgot. He showed up 40 minutes later and began explaining the procedure. I was very uncomfortable, as he placed his arm on my chest (which I have never experienced during this process before) and he finished quickly and explained that it would lighten and I could come back in a month for a free touch up. I have now reached out three times to schedule this and he won't return my texts or calls. I paid an $100 as he said I owed him and left. He said he would text me all the followup treatment guidance and he didn't for how to care for my eyebrows. The end result looks like I barely had anything done. I paid all in cash and there was no receipt. The initial deposit was through zelle.
