On 8/5/23 A&S roofing approached me in my yard while I was working outside. They offered a free quote and roof inspection. I accepted and the woman, ***, told me I had to sign a form to allow them to get on my roof. I signed the form, they inspected my roof, reached out to my insurance and they provided a quote. Their quote was by far the most expensive ($20,164.72) than the next most expensive, and their quote would be for them using the cheapest 3 tab shingles.Today, 4/8/24, a debt collector left me a harassing voicemail, threatening to call companies at which I do not work. I began making phone calls to find out why this person was calling me and discovered than A&S roofing was claiming I owed them ******* for work that they did not perform, under the guise of a free quote. Please avoid this company at all costs and do not sign anything they give you. Their representatives lie about what you are signing so they can later scam you using their free quotes. The business has now accused me of insurance fraud, claiming that I never had my roof replaced. My roof was replaced on 9/29/2023 (images attached). I request that this company to stop claiming that I owe them money for work they never did (to reiterate, this company DID NO WORK AT MY ADDRESS) and stop their debt collector from contacting me.

    Hello ********

Yes of course we have this customer that refused to pay us after we completed all the work to get him approved, we have proof of several back and forths with him and all he wanted to do was keep the money after we have a signed contract and contingency agreement that he signed knowingly.

I have also attached what we replied to his review on google.

This customer wanted to commit insurance fraud by not paying his deductible, not using the scope of work from the insurance and fraudulently reporting that he did so he could keep the remaining portion.

He opted out of using us and went with a different company after we had already spent $100's on his claim and weeks of work.

He is using false statements to try to back his claims like our "free quotes", the material we use, that we stated that he didn't replace his roof when that is false.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need more details from us. I would be happy to help!

    Thank you

May 1st A&S Roofing came to replace our roof and May 7th 2023 A&S Construction came out to paint and fix drywall damage in master bedroom, they had broke window by roofers and damaged siding and after they completed the painting job, the drywall damage was worse, the paint was uneven, there is paint on furniture and carpet, and other equipment. We contacted the company. Eventually the manager came out and visually saw all the damage to the home and in the bedroom. He said he was sending somebody out on Wednesday to fix when I called him on Tuesday he said he was sick and so it got reschedule till Saturday. Friday I called him to find out what time he said they will be here at 10 no one showed from his company till ***************************************************************************************************** ******* and cannot get here till 3pm. I text manager and he said they were buying paint. With the time it will take to do jobs which we already were being inconvenienced I told him him they can leave I dont have time for the games and inconsistency between his rep and himself. Text were sent back and forth. He said hes insured and for me to deal with them. I asked for that information which he didnt give and then stated he is going to file a Lien on my property due to non payment, for a job not completed. Made several attempts to get insurance information which were all denied. Now writing to report their unprofessional and unwillingness to fix issues their company done to my property. We also have complaints about the roofing coming unattached and damaged. We need the job completed and damages resolved.

Hello Good afternoon, This project was completed and agreed upon with the customer and ** his contractor. We completed the work(roof replacement) and interior, he was unhappy with the job of the interior. We agreed to redo the job with no extra cost, and the day of the repair he threatened our Sales person, disrespected our crew, made every excuse to not pay us the rest that was owed to us. He wanted to commit insurance fraud by not paying us his deductible of his policy, he refused to pay us the second payment of the project, Everything was taken care of and being handled.
We agreed to replace the window because we failed to document the window before the

Roof replacement, the interior repairs was an internal mix up from our subcontractors and we completely agreed to fix the issue, our crew showed up at 9:58 on the dot, there was extra paint needed and our crew before starting headed out to buy the extra paint and our crew got back to the property at 10:26. We have plenty of screenshots of texts from us to the customer, showing all the timeline with the customer. The contract states the process, due to failure to pay the agreed upon amount, our company will proceed with legal measures and put a lien on the property.

The problems with the homeowner were always worked on and tried to be taken care of, We were lenient and very understanding.

We have emails, text messages to show   the whole process from the beginning.
