    I contacted this company for roadside assistance on 7/724. They seemed legit at first when getting my vehicle and location info to dispatch help. I explained that I was traveling with children and we had a blowout on a super but interstate. They required payment up front, and everything was an issue after that. I paid at 7pm and they said I would immediately receive a call from the company. No one called. I called back every 15 minutes to check the status as it was growing dark. I was put on long hold 3 times and they disconnected my call twice. I was told it would take ***** minutes for help to arrive. After an hour and no word from the company, I called The highway patrol for help. Two hours after I paid, someone called and said they were coming to change my tire but his name did not match the name I was given. Luckily, the highway patrol arrived at the same time as the person because he was pretty sketchy - and he was unable to change the tire! The highway patrol ended up doing it. The man sent by 24 Hours kept asking my name and where we were going - which made me uncomfortable. Since he did not change the tire, I did not sign the digital form he had on his phone. He kept asking me how to spell my name and eventually the patrol had to ask him to leave. I also requested a copy of the invoice - it disappears as soon as its paid. It took 3 different requests to 3 different agents before my invoice was successfully sent! And that was today, a day after I paid. Ive called this business at least 4 times since last night to explain what happened and to request a refund. Each time they pretend they are unable to understand my request and the call is disconnected. This is unacceptable!

    This company has so many shady things about it. I highly suspect that the only reason this company is continuing its practices is because it's incredibly difficult to find them and leave a negative review; they used several different phone numbers throughout the process (and none of them have caller ID), in messages they referred to themselves as "the towing company", the credit card charge is titled "TOWING ***** I don't recall how I found them but I believe it was via a vague ****** suggestion. The only reason I found the company is by looking at my credit card dispute that's attached (and then I called and asked for their address). The company also asked for a photo of my credit card and after that I got my first fraudulent charge ever (unsure if related but it should be investigated as to if this happened to others). The company did several things that I found suspicious: said the tow truck "broke down" on the way to me and then upcharged after rescheduling me, lied about being on their way and actually were on their way HOURS later, was unable to give me any helpful information such as a time estimate or driver information, claimed I didn't provide essential information when I explicitly asked what information they required and they couldn't tell me, tried to keep 100% of my money after failing to tow, refused to let me speak to a manager, wouldn't provide me with a functional receipt after being asked several times, implied they get a lot of disputes (by stating that they have people specifically for this) when asking for a refund, stating they would call me back about the refund but never doing so, charge 100% cancellation when it says "up to 100% fee", etc. I think this company takes people's money and will do everything in their power to not give back ANY of it. I've never seen an essentially anonymous company that cares so little about honoring their side of a business transaction but still tries to keep all the money. They recorded the calls so ask for it
