      Waited all day for delivery. Got a call at end of day that driver could not get to our delivery as truck had pallets in the way. He was plain nasty when I asked him how this occurred.Entire day wasted.

      I was given and estimated of 700 dollars to ship a box when I got my final bill it was ***** dollars they are scanning people shipping the product and than sticking you the consumer with an outrageous bill beyond what you where told it would cost

      I was charged $55.00 for the "Liftgate Delivery/ Hand Unload". I used my own tractor with forks to unload it on 1/20/23. I disputed this charge with SAIA on their website in February. I have continued to be billed.

Upon investation, we found that a billing correction was made and, ultimately, you were not responsible for the liftgate fee.       A1 CROOKS. Got a shipment in a few weeks ago from SAIA. They changed my delivery date 3 days in a row, each day assuring ill get it the next day. Here we are now today 30DEC2022, and I got a billing adjustment shooting from $472.16 to $674.40. Their reasoning is; lift gate was used, weight was more than what I put, and added detention. None of those 3 are true. I have confirmed with the business that shipped my products that MY wight was correct, NO liftgate was used, and NO detention. They're sending the proof within 24 hours, and then it will be sent in to SAIA. EVERYONE out there seeing this bad review and all the other bad reviews, please listen! These people are crooks and scammers. SAIA is an AWFUL company and should be put out of business. Just seeing all these other bad reviews makes me sick to my stomach knowing they had my product. Do better SAIA, or close your awful business down. I would leave negative stars if it were possible.

      I ordered supplies via Uline which were delivered by Saia. I paid for inside delivery which cost me $473.07 The driver arrived and refused to provide inside delivery. Not only that, but he left multiple palettes which weigh literally hundreds of pounds in the MIDDLE of a road which is used by a half dozen locals. The driver carelessly blocked the road and refused to even move ************ to the side of the road which would have cleared the way for local traffic to move in and out. For about 15 minutes I stood there speaking with the driver and explaining to him that I do not have the equipment needed to move palettes and he does. He did not care. Eventually a neighboring car had to pass through and use the road. At that point I gave up and started cutting up ************ with a box cutter so I could manually remove each box out of the road and out of the way of traffic. The driver had the necessary equipment to easily move a palettes but he refused and called his manager. His manager, *********************, was completely apathetic to the situation and told him to leave. I stated that they are creating a hazardous environment by blocking traffic I may need to call the fire department to move palettes so that they are quickly moved out of the way. They did not care. I also told him that I refuse to accept the delivery as is and would not sign for it and again, he did not care and left without my signature which is against company policy. I want to emphasize that I have received MANY deliveries from Uline. And NEVER have I been a part of such an unprofessional, careless and unsafe experience. Please note, the photo taken shows the road after I already cut up several palettes and moved supplies to the sides of the road. One palette still remains, partially blocking the road and this is where the driver initially left all ************. Please note, this is NOT my road, it is not my driveway and I do not own it. It is used daily by 5 - 6 other people.

      SAIA FREIGHT confirmed four different delivery dates over a two month period and SAIA FAILED EACH TIME. Scheduled DELIVERY CANCELLED THE SAME DAY. No customer service with LOST DELIVERIES. Fifteen thousand employees and NO DIRECT PHONE NUMBERS. IMPOSSIBLE BUSINESS; NO COMMUNICATION; NOTHING SAIA PROMISES IS RELIABLE. Phone assurances, phone calls, emailed schedules mean NOTHING TO SAIA STAFF.

      Dear BBB of ******* **. We are having a Bill dispute with SAIA Motor Freight for the amount of $169 on a total invoice of $953.42 total. SAIA Alleged that we owe $105 for an Alleged extended delivery time (which is not true ) and SAIA alleged that we owe $64 for a Lift Gate, When I disputed this in Writing, and sent this Written Dispute more than once (Pointing out that we have evidence that we do not owe these fees of $169 combined) they refused to review our evidence. Yesterday, SAIA said that they could not review our evidence, because they had already decided that we owe them for $169 even if we can prove it's not owed. Also we have a BOL (Bill of Lading) that is our legally binding contract for this shipment that says "No Accessorials can be added without the Approval of ***********************," ***** and our email. I am easy to reach and no one from SAIA called. If it is Legit that these extra services were needed, then SAIA would have called. They did not have a Legit reason to charge $169 which they have nothing to say, except that they desire to make extra revenue. SAIA Accessorial Dispute form Submitted on August 17 2022 Our Acct number might be *******, I put our PRO number above as our Acct number. OUR BOL HAS Clearly Noted on it, that NO ACCESSOIRALS will be paid unless SAIA contacts The 3rd party payor, *********************** at The Shipping Emporium, ************ (our Cell phone and we are easy to reach) and our email address at ********************** You have no legal right to charge us $64 for an Alleged Lift gate at the Delivery (Not ordered) nor do you have any rights to charge us $105 for an Alleged Detention. SAIA would have Called and or Emailed me at this direct number on our BOL ************ if this was legitimate, and you wanted approval.SUCCESS | Your accesorial dispute has been submitted. Please reference #EG2QGUWR on any correspondence involving this dispute. They need to remove $169.
