      Horrible company. Doesn't show up when scheduled, No prior call on actual delivery day abd then refused to deliver...wanted to leave 600 lb package in middle of street blocking traffic. Rude supervisors ***** and his supervisor told me to go ahead a write a bad review.. Sent employee with wrong equipment to offload and then tried to charge for refusal of delivery.

      WOW!! I don't even know where to start, we shipped over 600k in a few months, only to have them come back with huge back charges, we have a dimensioner with cameras, so we know we're pretty accurate with our dimensions, now they want to report us to a collection agency for their errors, save yourself the grief and don't use them, they won't budge stating they're correct, the problem is we rarely have disputes with our other carriers as we have everything documented with photos. These guys are the biggest rip-off in the industry, I would give them no stars if it were possible

      Had a delivery of 21 boxes, but only 20 received. They have denied my claim, citing another company is responsible and I have to file my claim through them instead. They have been very difficult to work with. Personnel were fine on the phone, but I was given an old email address for contacting the claims department. This has been going on for 4 months. I wouldn't recommend them for shipping your products.

      Really bad company to use for transportation. They first lost our cargo for about a week in **********.Then they randomly found it in some other location a week later. I noted that there was a spelling mistake on the delivery address. So I called and informed about it. They told me it would be $50 to change the address. I said it is not a change of address but a spelling mistake. However, the guy did not accept that and said that it would be considered a change of address and it would cost $50 to me. I refused since it was so silly and illigical.Finally, I got my shipment a week later after it had gone through 4 different trailer changes in between. When we finally got the shipment, some of the boxes were bad damaged and inside content was damaged as well. I still accepted the shipment assuming that everything would be there.However, 2 days later after I went through everything, I found out that there were 9 boxes missing. I was told by SAIA customer services representative that they do accept the responsibility of the lost boxes and I need to provide exact details of the content and file a claim.So I filed the claim but after 6 weeks, the claim department denied the claim saying that the pallets were shrink wrapped - so they believe that they are not responsible for the loss. It was such a stupid response that I can't even believe someone will come up with such a BS excuse.TOTALLY a FRAUD company..

      They are overcharging by extreme amounts. We were quoted $344.60 from **** to hold a shipment going to a customer of ours because they wouldn't take it for 4 additional days. We agreed to pay the $344.60 for holding the the shipment the additional days. After the shipment was delivered **** came back and billed us an additional $1,166.42 on top of the original invoice of $2,281.35. They broke it down as $600.92 Storage $344.60 for a Warehouse consolidation Fee??? NEVER from any carrier have we been charged for this fee which they explained to be a fee to deliver our order of 2 pallets to a Grocery Warehouse.$243.15 for detention because they had to wait we were told over 2 hours, then they said it was 277 minutes, after questioning they came back and said it was only 51 minutes. After going back and forth and asking them questions about all the charges they refused to honor their quote and we are stuck with paying the additional charges. We will not be using them again.

      Delivery was scheduled 10:30-2:30. After spending 4 hours at my commercial space under construction with my newborn I learn that the delivery got pushed to 3-6. This is not acceptable. There is no way to contact driver and they gave me no heads up. Baby is running out of food and it is uncomfortable for us due to no furniture.

      Incompetence is the word of the day.I have wasted 2 full days waiting on my delivery. Drivers were supposed to call an hour ahead of time. No call, no voice-mail, no email.

      I have been working with SAIA for the past few months, and I must say that my recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. In the past 90 days, I entrusted them with my business worth a staggering $72,792.98, consisting of 153 shipments. Initially, my interactions with SAIA were excellent. They delivered shipments on time, and our pallets reached our customers in pristine condition, without a single rebill.However, the tide turned dramatically in the past month. It's as if SAIA suddenly forgot how to do business. We were slammed with rebills for every single shipment, and the amounts were astronomically higher than the quotes we received. These charges seemed entirely bogus and unjustified, leaving us feeling cheated and frustrated.But the horror didn't end there. SAIA quite literally took a chainsaw to our pallets. Pallets that once held our products securely were now cut open, and the aftermath was nothing short of a disaster. Our customers received shipments with loose, damaged, and even missing products. It's hard to believe that a professional shipping company could be so careless and reckless with our valuable cargo.I've reached my breaking point with SAIA. The trust and reliability we once enjoyed have been shattered beyond repair. It's as if they deliberately sabotaged our shipments and gouged us with exorbitant charges. I cannot express my disappointment and frustration strongly enough. I am absolutely done with SAIA, and I urge anyone considering their services to think twice before entrusting them with your precious cargo. This experience has been a costly ****** in the perils of dealing with an unreliable and unprofessional company.

      I GIVE SAIA A 5 STAR RATING FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered a Gazebo from kozyard on *****/16/23 and SAIA is their delivery freight service they use. The order was received by ******* on 7/17/23.I talked to customer service on 7/20/23 from ********************** and they told me the gazebo would be delivered 9am - 5 pm on Friday 7/21/23. The driver called me about an 1 hr before he would deliver around 12 noon on. 7/21/23. He was right on time and very nice , I'm sorry I didn't catch his name hopefully you have enough information that you can give him a great employee review.We have not unpacked the gazebo yet ,we will be putting it together on sat 7/22/23 Praying that all pieces are in the boxes without damage or flaw and it goes up smoothly without any problems Thank you **************

      I can't even review the product properly, and haven't even received it yet. This is the THIRD DAY IN A ROW I was told the product would be delivered, with a 9 - 3 window (YES, that's a SIX HOUR delivery window) and at the END OF THE **** they tell me it won't be delivered. That means, tomorrow will now be the FOURTH DAY in a row I am supposed to arrange to be available for a SIX HOUR delivery window. When I expressed my disappointment to the woman who called me, she literally LAUGHED at me. This has to be the worst delivery company I have encountered in my life.
