    Shop accepted a repair which was to be paid by ****************************, and subsequently disagreed with authorized payment amount for repair. Rather than notify customer first, Mr. ****** ********* (the owner) completed the repair first - and then refused to release vehicle until excess charges were paid by customer. Since I am liable to the customer, I had to pay the amount considered excessive by State Farm. The aforementioned was very methodically and deliberately done by Mr. ********* as documented within the records of State Farm,.

    Mr. ********* is regretful that Mr. ********* expectations were not met in the manner that was intially communicated to him. However, there was a level of miscommunication as this vehicle's repair began at another repair facility. The additional supplemental repair was then referred over to Metro Automotive. The repairs that was required was not added into the initial estimate with the first repair facility. Mr. ********* completed the repairs per the request of the referral. Metro will not be able to honor a refund for this repair.

    DO NOT COME HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. Im a long time customer with them and Im disappointed with **************** and ****. I brought my car to them on a Monday because it wouldnt crank back up and they put a starter in it just to give it back to me that same day and the car completely shuts off. I didnt even have the car for a hour once they gave it to me and it stopped while i was driving with a customer in the back seat as i was about to do lyft. (Embarrassing). I had someone help me to get a jump and they couldnt because they crossed wire my negative and positive and couldnt get no type of jump because it would spark and blew my cables trying. I had to spend the rest of the money i had to get it towed back to them that same day but the shop was closed bout time the tow truck dropped it off. The next few days i repeatedly came everyday check on the car and **************** refused to reimburse me for having it towed back to the shop because they incorrectly did the work wrong and will not acknowledge that. He took $300 plus dollars from me because they continue to guess what MIGHT be wrong with the car. I been sitting at home and out of work for two weeks while the car sat at the shop because they dont know what happen when they are the ones who ****** the car up. **************** towed the car back to me after two weeks and told me thats all he can do and cannot give me a reimbursement for using my money to tow it back to them which is insane because i just gave them money to give me a car back that broke down literally 30 mins after receiving it back from them. So do not spend your money with these people because they will guess what it is and tell you thats the problem when In reality it may not be. I say that because i have seen customers coming back after just getting they car done and complaining about hearing the same issues. I been going to them for three years and they way he just didnt care about the situation was just a slap in my face and pretty much a money grab like they always do.

    On October 19, 2023, *************************** towed his 2013 Dodge Avenger into the shop here at Metro Automotive with a no start condition. After checking, we found oil in the starter. The car was leaking oil from

    rear main seal, front crank seal and valve cover gaskets. That was the cause of the starter defect. After replacing starter, ************ drove the car for a day and the car stopped. He had it towed back to the shop the next day

    after having someone to jump start his car.. The person that jumped the car, hooked the cables backwards to the battery. This caused a short in the computer and the car wouldn't start.   I told ************ to take the car to an electrical shop

    or dealer.  The person ************ had to jump the car caused the short.
