    they gave me a run around on a quote. first tried to charge me 1100 then dropped it to 935. then told me i could bring 500 in cash if i do all the paperwork online first. i do all the paperwork online like i was told, called back to make sure i was still good to go and that somebody would be at the bonding place for me to sign papers. well today the MANAGER ******* told me that they don't do that. i explained that it was already set up, i have the paperwork, i have all the messages ONLINE of where i was told one thing, and he screamed at me & interrupted me when i told him i didn't understand what changed? he got upset kept telling me to breathe. i am a hardworking pregnant woman & the fact he just screamed at me instead of trying to help me , it just stresses me out. it's unfair. i was told "you're good we can work with you just finish paper work online first." i did what i was told and got lied to. i asked him why and explained that i don't understand. he interrupted me and yelled that im gonna either pay the full amount like he said or do what he's telling me to do.. hung up in my face afterwards. then i said "i'm really not trying to give you a hard time, im just being given the run around because im being told so many diff things" and all he could say was "are you done?". ******* everybody. the supervisor at that.
